Only out for money. Poor service. Got oil change, made another appointment for a return to finish services offered. On return visit the next day, oil was changed again and still problem was not solved. Also, tried again for a visit. This time charged for diagnostic fee when I told them what I needed and what was wrong. I was very highly dissatisfied.
Love Jim Taylor Chevrolet. They are down home country people and easy to deal with from sales to service, they can't be beat. We always feel like we get our best deal at Jim Taylor Chevrolet and wouldn't think of purchasing a new vehicle anywhere else.
Judging from their frequent television commercials where the spokespeople yell at you that Jim Taylor's the bestest dealership around, I can't stand this business! Their commercials air at every commercial break on local channels, and it begins with a very loud and stupid jingle, followed by a spokesperson yelling at you for the duration of the 45-second spot. When it comes on, I change the channel.
Great atmosphere inside the dealership, very professional sales staff that get along well with each other! Very knowledgeable and courteous to us, the customers. Dustin did an outstanding job from start to finish! Definitely be going back there!!
Go see Trey Johnson, he is the man that helped us not once but twice. I also appreciate Ms. Stephanie, sales manager, she really took care of us after we had a total loss on our last car. They were able to get us in a newer car with a lower note. Another thanks to Ms. Carolyn in the finance dept. and it was nice to meet the owner Ms. Tanya. Btw we were in and out in a very reasonable and efficient amount of time.
